Ambassador El-Orabi is the Chief Operating Officer for the Economic Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Egypt and, as policy alternate for the Minister, has the lead advisory and policy-making responsibilities in the Economic Section of the Egyptian Foreign Ministry.
