You are members of a conscientious intelligentsia whose awareness and discernment has brought you to this venerable academic edifice, which, since its establishment by the late Boutros Boutros Ghali in 1965, has been a font of serious and valuable views and analyses on regional and international developments and an ever-renewable tributary to the Egyptian school of political science whose excellence has earned it universal esteem.
