participation of the kemet boutros ghali foundation for peace and knowledge in the 13th edition of the luxor african film festival

The Kemet Boutros Ghali Foundation for Peace and Knowledge participated in the 13th edition of the Luxor African Film Festival, held from February 9 to 15, 2024.

The festival's administration revealed that a partnership and cooperation agreement was signed between the festival—represented by director Azza El-Husseiny—and Ambassador Laila Bahaa El-Din, Executive Director of the Kemet Foundation for Peace and Knowledge, chaired by Mr. Mamdouh Abbas.

The cooperation aims to support relations between African sister countries as a foundation for development across the mother continent, which is one of the core objectives of the Kemet Foundation.

On another note, screenwriter Sayed Fouad, President of the Festival, announced that a press conference will be held to announce all the details and events of the 13th edition on Friday, February 2 at 3:00 PM at the Hanager Theater, Cairo Opera House. The conference will be attended by a number of artists and critics, including stars Mahmoud Hemida, Elham Shahin, Sabry Fawaz, Ahmed Fathy, and Salwa Mohamed Ali.
